Space for God Formational Ministries exists to help church leaders, teams, and individuals intentionally make room for God—cultivating a deeper, more attentive life with Him.

 In the midst of full schedules, growing demands, and constant noise, leaders often find themselves pouring out without the time or space to be renewed. Healthy churches begin with spiritually grounded leaders. We believe that spiritual formation is not an optional add-on to ministry; it is the foundation from which all healthy leadership flows.

We work with pastoral staff, ministry leaders, and elder teams to:

• Develop rhythms of prayer, reflection, and discernment
• Cultivate a shared spiritual language and vision
• Strengthen relational health within leadership teams
• Create space to listen together for God’s direction

 Spiritual direction is a sacred space for noticing and responding to God’s presence in your life. Through one-on-one or group direction, we offer:

• Attentive, prayerful listening
• Guidance in recognizing God’s movement
• Support in seasons of transition, dryness, or discernment
• A safe, confidential space for honest reflection

Our approach is gentle, invitational, and centred on helping you deepen your relationship with God.
